Porter, 28, of Bennington St., Rochester, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd, unlicensed operator and speeding in a zone after a traffic stop for vehicle and traffic violations on Ellicott street near Swan street in the City of Batavia on April 23, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following an investigation, Porter is alleged to have possessed a quantity of marijuana and was allegedly operating his motor vehicle while his privilege to do so was suspended in NYS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Porter was issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on June 2, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The investigation was conducted by members of the Genesee County Drug Task Force.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Justin P.
