Dills, 27, of Ellicott St. Rd., Pavilion, is charged with reckless endangerment 2nd and criminal mischief 4th after an incident during target shooting at 10269 West Bethany road on May 3, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dills was allegedly target shooting when a bullet struck a nearby residence. The family was home at the time the bullet struck the residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dills was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Bethany Town Court on June 2, 2020 at 7:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The incident is being investigated by Deputy David Moore with assistance from Deputy Andrew Mullen, Deputy Mathew Clor, Deputy Kyle Krzemien and Conservation Officer Fay Fuerch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An Alexander man is charged with three counts of dogs running at large, after deputies responded to an animal complaint on Broadway road in Alexander on April 30, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Robert E. Gerlach, 45, of Alexander, was the owner of the dogs. He allegedly allowed them to run at large unattended on other properties that he did not own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gerlach was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Alexander Court on July 14, 2020 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Benjamin J.
