Bailey A. Kennedy, 20,\u00a0 of Wolcott Street, LeRoy, was arrested for criminal possession of controlled substance 3rd, a class B-felony by the LeRoy Police Department after a routine traffic stop in the village.<\/p>\n

Kennedy was stopped on June 25, 2017 at about 1:42 a.m. in the area of Myrtle Street and was subsequently found to allegedly be in possession of 13 small baggies of cocaine and other drug paraphernalia.<\/p>\n

Kennedy is also charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, a class A-misdemeanor and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.<\/p>\n

Kennedy was arraigned before the Hon. Daryl Sehm of the LeRoy Town Court and was committed to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash\/$5,000 bond.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
