Adam W. Hildebrant, 26, of Highland Park, Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd, a class D felony, after allegedly being found with a set of metal knuckles on June 20, 2017 by the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force.<\/p>\n
Hildebrant is also being held on a parole violation.<\/p>\n
He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and held without bail.<\/p>\n
Task Force members were assisted in the investigation by NYS\u00a0 parole.<\/p>\n

Timothy F. Hughes, 55, of Burbank Dr., Orchard Park, is charged with DWI, refusal to take a breath test, speeding over 55mph, failure to signal, unsafe passing and moving from a lane unsafely on June 25, 2017, after a complaint of a vehicle driving erratically on Bennett road in Darien<\/p>\n
Hughes was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and will re-appear at a later date.<\/p>\n

Nicholas R. Dorson, 30, of Reed Rd., Olean, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more after an accident in the Darien Lake Parking lot during the Zac Brown Concert on June 25, 2017.<\/p>\n
Dorson’s BAC was .13%<\/p>\n
He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on July 18, 2017 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Brian J. Hart, 33, of Lakeshore Rd., Kent, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely after an investigation of a vehicle off the road in a ditch at 1740 Richley road on June 26, 2017.<\/p>\n
Hart was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released with appearance tickets. He will appear in the Town of Darien Court on July 11, 2017 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Justin C. Holtforth, 43, of S. Main St., Oakfield, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and speeding over 55 mph after a traffic stop on Lewiston road in Alabama on June 23, 2017.<\/p>\n
Holtforth was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Alabama Court on August 8, 2017 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Qumane J. Santiago, 18, of Main Rd., Stafford, is charged with criminal trespass after a complaint on Main road in Stafford on June 23, 2017.<\/p>\n
Santiago was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on July 13, 2017 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n
