Phased re-opening of businesses<\/strong>\u2013Each region will re-open businesses in phases, with at least two weeks in between each phase. This allows state and local leaders to monitor the effects of the re-opening and ensure hospitalization and infection rates are not increasing before moving to the next phase and permitting more economic activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Phase 1 includes construction, manufacturing, wholesale trade, select retail for curbside pickup only, agriculture, forestry and fishing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Chairman of the Wyoming County Board of Supervisors, Jerry L. Davis, reports: <\/p>\n\n\n\n As of earlier today, Tuesday, May 12, the Wyoming County Health Department reports seventy-four(74) lab-confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 among Wyoming County residents.
