Chairman of the Wyoming County Board of Supervisors, Jerry L. Davis, reports: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
As of earlier today, Thursday, May 14, the Wyoming County Health Department reports seventy-four (74) lab-confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 among Wyoming County residents. There is no increase from Wednesday, May 13th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Northwest<\/strong> (*Attica, Bennington, Orangeville, Sheldon) 26 positive cases, 24 recoveries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Southwest<\/strong> (Arcade, Eagle, Java, Wethersfield) 12 positive, 12 recoveries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Southeast<\/strong> (Castile, Gainesville, Genesee Falls, Pike) 15 positive cases, 15 recoveries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Northeast<\/strong> (Covington, Middlebury, Perry, Warsaw) 21 positive cases, 12 recoveries, 5 deaths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n TOTAL<\/strong>-74 positive cases, 63 recoveries, 5 deaths <\/p>\n\n\n\n *Two (2) of the cases reported in the Northwest Quadrant are attributed to the Attica Correctional Facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Positive cases-74<\/p>\n\n\n\n Negative cases-1023(as of 5\/12\/2020 updated figure not available)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mandatory isolation-6<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mandatory quarantine-12<\/p>\n\n\n\n Precautionary quarantine-0<\/p>\n\n\n\n Deaths-5<\/p>\n\n\n\n Recoveries-63<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cumulative Age Breakdown<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Age 0-20(2), 20’s(15), 30’s(7), 40’s(15), 50’s(10), 60’s(13), 70’s(7),80’s(3), 90+(2)<\/p>\n\n\n\n In developing reopening plans, businesses will need to consider three main factors \u2013 The first factor is protections for employees and customers<\/strong>.
