On June 26, 2017, Troopers arrested Austin R. Hare, 22 of Gainesville, NY, for Criminal Impersonation 2nd.<\/span><\/p>\n

The arrest of Hare was the result of an investigation into speeding motorcyclists on Saltvale Rd., in the Town of Middlebury on June 16, 2017. <\/span><\/p>\n

Hare was stopped by Troopers for speeding (141 mph in a 55 mph zone) and during the encounter, Hare knowingly gave Troopers a false name of a close relative. <\/span><\/p>\n

After further investigation by NYSP, Hare\u2019s true identity was revealed. On June 26, 2017, Hare was located and taken into custody.<\/span><\/p>\n

He was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail and directed to reappear at the Town of Middlebury court in July of 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n

On June 28, 2017, the New York State Police and NYSDOCCS \u2013 NYS Parole, arrested Katy A. O\u2019Brien, 32, of Warsaw, NY, for violating her parole sentence. <\/span><\/p>\n

O\u2019Brien was arrested without incident by NYSP and then transported to the Wyoming County Jail to await further parole action. <\/span><\/p>\n

O\u2019Brien was released to parole supervision on June 20, 2017 and is serving a sentence of parole for an attempted burglary 3rd<\/sup> conviction out of Wyoming County.<\/span><\/p>\n
