Dart allegedly allowed persons under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages during a party at his residence.<\/p>\n
Dart was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Elba Town Court on August 2, 2017 at 6:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Todd A. Kendall, 64, of Main Rd., Stafford, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly striking another person on Main road in Stafford on June 3, 2017.<\/p>\n
Kendall was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Stafford Town Court on August 1, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.<\/p>\n

Susan A. Minardo, 28, of Shelby Rd., Kings MTN, NC, was arrested on a warrant out of the State of Pennsylvania while deputies were investigating a call at the TA Travel Center on Rt. 77 in Pembroke on July 2, 2017.<\/p>\n
Minardo was picked up as a fugitive and was held without bail .<\/p>\n
