Cudney was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Sheldon Court on June 9, 2020 at 3:00PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tracy A. Radecki, 43, of Blasdell, NY, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 98 in the Town of Java on May 17, 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Radecki, a passenger inside a vehicle stopped for a traffic infraction, was allegedly found in possession of marijuana and concentrated cannabis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Radecki was issued a uniform appearance ticket for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She is scheduled to answer the charges in the Town of Java Court on July 15, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ryan R. Mitchell, 28, of the Town of Eagle, was arrested following a traffic complaint on Route 19 in the Town of Pike on May 6, 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mitchell was allegedly driving a 2004 Dodge Durango while his license was suspended; the registration was also suspended, and the vehicle was not insured. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mitchell was also allegedly found in possession of marijuana. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mitchell was arrested on May 19, 2020 and issued a uniform appearance ticket for the charges of unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, operating while registration suspended, and operating without insurance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mitchell is scheduled to answer the charges in the Town of Pike Court on July 14, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
