Cramer, 21, of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, is charged with coercion 3rd and assault 3rd following a domestic incident on Dellinger avenue on May 7, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cramer was arraigned in City Court and will re-appear in court on June 5, 2020 at 1:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Michael R. Ostrander, 55, of W. Main St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd and menacing 3rd following an incident at 400 East Main street where he allegedly touched a person and threatened another on May 18, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ostrander is scheduled to appear in City Court on June 16, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jamar T. Shipp, 31, of Niagara St., Niagara Falls, NY, is charged with aggravated harassment after an investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipp allegedly threatened to physically harm a female party via phone call on May 9, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipp was arraigned in City Court on May 19, 2020 and released on recognizance. He is due back in court on July 1, 2020 at 12:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Matthew W. Barber, 52, of W. Main St., Batavia, is charged with unauthorized use of a computer following an investigation of an incident  that occurred on May 19, 2020 at 700 Ellicott street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Barber was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on June 9, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>D&#8217;Andre J.
