On July 3, 2017, Troopers arrested Wade M. Westfall, 32, of Arcade, NY, for driving while intoxicated and felony aggravated unlicensed operation 1st.<\/p>\n

Troopers stopped a vehicle operated by Westfall on Lower Street in the Town of Rushford for an expired registration.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Upon interview of the driver,\u00a0the odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected.\u00a0 Field sobriety tests were conducted which Westfall subsequently failed.\u00a0It was also determined that Westfall was operating with a suspended license.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He was arrested for DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation 1st and was\u00a0transported to State Police Fillmore for processing where he recorded a 0.08% BAC.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Westfall was arraigned before the Town of Rushford Court and was remanded to the Allegany County Jail on $5000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.\u00a0 He is scheduled to reappear\u00a0before the Town of Rushford Court on August 7, 2017 at 6:00p.m.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
