Dana Ryan, 39, of Galloway Rd., Alabama, is charged with 2 counts of grand larceny 4th following two complaints from residents, one in Pembroke and the other in the Town of Batavia.\u00a0 The complaints are concerning payments which were allegedly made to Ryan by two different customers for construction contracts for which the work agreed upon was not completed.<\/p>\n
The Sheriff’s Office says that payments which were made to Ryan in accordance with home improvement contracts were not allocated into a proper account and that the funds were allegedly used by Ryan for purposes other than for the work agreed upon with the customers.<\/p>\n
Ryan was issued appearance tickets to appear in the Towns of Pembroke and Batavia Court.<\/p>\n
He will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on July 11, 2017 at 5:30p.m. and in the Town of Batavia Court on July 13, 2017 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Christopher H. Pompa, 45, of Byron Rd., Byron, is charged with DWI, refusal to take a breath test and speed in a zone following the observation of a traffic violation in the Village of Bergen on July 8, 2017.<\/p>\n
Pompa was arraigned in the Town of Bergen Court and released on his own recognizance.<\/p>\n
He will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on July 19, 2017 at 3:00 p.m.<\/p>\n
