EXECUTED A SEARCH WARRANT AT 214 PEARL ST. APT. 3, IN THE VILLAGE OF MEDINA, N.Y. SHE WAS CHARGED WITH:<\/p>\n<p>1 COUNT OF CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE SEVENTH DEGREE.<\/p>\n<p>2 COUNTS OF CRIMINALLY USING DRUG PARAPHERNALIA IN THE SECOND DEGREE.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>BOTH SUBJECTS WERE ARRAIGNED IN THE TOWN OF RIDGEWAY JUSTICE COURT BY THE HON. DAWN KEPPLER,<\/p>\n<p>DERRICK ADAMS WAS COMMITTED TO THE ORLEANS COUNTY JAIL ON $50,000.00 CASH BAIL OR BOND AND CATHERINE J. MEDINA WAS COMMITTED TO THE ORLEANS COUNTY JAIL ON $1,000.00 CASH BAIL.
