Walls, 28, of Alleghany Rd., Darien, is charged with grand larceny 4th, a class E felony, following an investigation into a domestic incident in Darien on May 29, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Walls allegedly stole his girlfriend&#8217;s Ruger SR22 pistol following a verbal argument.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Walls was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on July 21, 2020 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salvatore P. Scarlata, 36, of E. Main St. Rd., Stafford, is charged with criminal contempt after allegedly being found in the presence of a person who is a protected party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The incident occurred in the Town of Stafford on June 3, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scarlata was fingerprinted. photographed and issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Stafford Court on August 8, 2020  at 6:00p.m. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Torre S.
