Coffey Sr., 48, of S. Main St., Albion, is charged with burglary 2nd after an investigation into an August 2012 burglary on Batavia Oakfield Townline road.<\/p>\n<p>On June 10, 2017, Coffey Sr. was arrested and charged after he allegedly entered a home on August 14, 2012 and property was stolen from within.<\/p>\n<p>Currently Coffey Sr. is jailed at the Genesee County jail on an unrelated matter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Two Brockport residents have been charged during a traffic stop on Waterman road in Stafford on July 9, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>After being observed during a vehicle and traffic violation, Felicia D. Swartzenberg, 20, of Willowbrook Dr., Brockport, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding in a zone.<\/p>\n<p>Swartzenberg was allegedly found to possess a quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.<\/p>\n<p>A passenger in the vehicle, Lindsay R. Crist, 20, of Redman Rd., Brockport, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly possessing a quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.<\/p>\n<p>Both subjects will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on August 1, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Michael T.
