Joshua Huntress, of Mayville, NY has been charged\u00a0pursuant to the fatal motor accident which occurred on Route 20A\u00a0in the Town of Orangeville on Sunday, July 9th.\u00a0 <\/span><\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
Huntress was arrested for manslaughter 2nd, driving while ability impaired by drugs and several other vehicle and traffic law violations. <\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Huntress was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court and remanded to Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $250,000 cash bail.\u00a0 Huntress will be\u00a0returned to Warsaw Town Court on a future date for further proceedings.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
