Ramos-Mercado, 35, of S. Cyr, 38, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with grand larceny 4th and criminal mischief 4th following an investigation into a domestic incident at City residence, where he allegedly stole a cell phone from a person during the domestic incident and damaged a door. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The incident occurred on June 9, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cyr was arraigned in City Court and is due back in court on July 23, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shaleesa H. Woods, 29, of S. Swan St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd, following an altercation that stemmed from a domestic incident on S. Swan street on June 2, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Woods allegedly struck a female in the back of the head.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Woods was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 14, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Erick R. Horning, 30, of Tracy Ave., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd, following an ongoing dispute between neighbors on Tracy avenue on June 8, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Horning was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 14, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shawna M. Pursel, 42, of Tracy Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, after violating an order of protection after she was found sitting outside her ex-boyfriend&#8217;s residence on June 4, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pursel was issued an appearance ticket and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She is scheduled to appear in City Court on July 16, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thomas J. Wolcott, 36, of Hutchins St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, following an investigation into a domestic incident on Central avenue, where Wolcott allegedly violated an order of protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wolcott was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 14, 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Andre L. Roberts, 27, of Main St., Alexander, is charged with criminal mischief 4th, after a domestic incident at Speedway, 341 West Main Street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roberts was arraigned in City Court and released on recognizance and will return to court on July 16, 2020 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>James R.
