Kisiel, 60, of Creek Rd., Batavia, is charged with DWI, refusal to take a breath test and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, following a traffic stop on Lehigh avenue in Batavia on June 13, 2020 at 4:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kisiel was issued traffic tickets and will appear in City Court on August 5, 2020 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amanda M. Webb, 31, of Maple St., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd  and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, after an investigation by the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force on June 15, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Webb was allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana, amphetamine\/dextroamphetamine and lorazepam following an investigation by the Genesee County Sheriff&#8217;s Office, City of Batavia Police Department, Genesee County Probation Department and the Genesee County Local Drug Task.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Webb was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 21, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kevin J.
