Kosiorek, 48, of State St., Batavia. He is charged with disorderly conduct after he engaged in violent, tumultuous behavior towards another male in the area of 34 Hutchins Place. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kosiorek was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 21, 2020 at 1:00p.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also arrested in the incident:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jzon A. Richardson Sr., 21, of Oak St., Batavia, is charged with disorderly conduct following a physical and verbal dispute with Andrew L. Kosiorek in the area of 34 Hutchins Place on June 16, 2020 at 10:20p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Richardson was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 21, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hezekiah N. Burch, 18, of Hutchins Place, Batavia, is charged with disorderly conduct after he engaged in violent, tumultuous behavior towards another male in the area of 34 Hutchins Place on June 16, 2020 at 10:20p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Burch was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on June 21, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mark L.
