Kosiorek, 48, of State St., Batavia, are each charged with assault 2nd, a class D felony and criminal mischief, following a disturbance at a residence on Highland Park on June 17, 2020 at 1:05a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Freeman is additionally charged with burglary 2nd, a class B felony, and petit larceny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Freeman was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail. He is due back in City Court on July 16, 2020 at 11:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kosiorek was arraigned in City Court via Skype by Judge Rogers. He was remanded to the Genesee County Jail and is due back in City Court on July 23, 2020 at 11:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lendle R. Tucker, 38, of Williams St., Batavia, is charged with menacing 2nd after allegedly displaying a dagger while in a verbal altercation with his neighbor on June 19, 2020 at 10:24a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tucker was issued an appearance ticket and released. Tucker will appear in City Court on July 21, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">James M.
