Singletery, 38, of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd following a domestic incident with another person on Liberty street on June 22, 2020 at 4:45a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Singletery was arraigned in City Court and released to Genesee Justice.
