Dwayne B. Spivey, 40, of Doran St., Rochester, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, a class E felony, after being stopped at a Vehicle and Traffic Checkpoint at 8700 Lake Street road in LeRoy on July 16, 2017.<\/p>\n
While approaching the checkpoint, Spivey’s vehicle allegedly pulled to the side of the road and stopped, the driver and the front seat passenger switched positions in the vehicle.<\/p>\n
After an investigation, The original driver, Dwayne B. Spivey, was found to have 25 suspensions over the past 20 years.<\/p>\n
The other adult occupant of the vehicle had a valid NYS Driver’s License.<\/p>\n
Spivey was arraigned in the Town of LeRoy Court and jailed without bail. He will re-appear in court on July 20, 2017.<\/p>\n

Jesse D. Parsons, 33, of Swamp Rd., Byron, is charged with promoting prison contraband after allegedly knowingly possessing contraband and entering the jail on a separate charge.<\/p>\n
The incident occurred on July 18, 2017 at 14 West Main street in Batavia.<\/p>\n
Parsons was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 26, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
