A Batavia man wanted on an active bench warrant was arrested while driving a vehicle on Ellicott street in the City of Batavia on July 19, 2017.<\/p>\n
At the time of his arrest, the Genesee County Drug Task Force allegedly found Charles G. T. Williams aka “Gusto”, 38, of Jackson St., Batavia, to be in possession of a handgun and a quantity of powder cocaine and crack cocaine.<\/p>\n
Williams was also arrested in April of this year for criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd for allegedly possessing and selling cocaine.<\/p>\n
Williams was jailed on the Superior Court warrant and was arraigned today.<\/p>\n

Michelle Richmond, 48, of Washington Ave., Batavia, is charged with felony DWI, previous conviction within 10 years, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd, driving with an open container and unauthorized tint of 44% after a traffic stop on Central avenue on July 19, 2017.<\/p>\n
Richmond was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on September 6, 2017 to answer the charge.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
