Barber has been indicted and accused of assault 2nd, a class D violent felony, after causing physical injury to person in the City of Batavia on August 22, 2016 by means of a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument, a can of corn, a toaster, a vase,a knife and glass dishes.<\/p>\n<p>Barber is also accused of criminal possession of a weapon 3rd, a class D felony, after being accused of possessing a dagger, dangerous knife, dirk, razor and stiletto with intent to use them unlawfully against another person at 58 South Main street, Batavia on August 22, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Grand Jury also indicted Steven R. Columbo on the charge of burglary 2nd, a class C violent felony, after he knowingly entered a residence on East Main street in the City of Batavia on January 25, 2017 with intent to commit a crime<\/p>\n<p>He is also accused of criminal contempt 1st, a class E felony, after he violated an order of protection by harassing, annoying threatening and alarming a person who was protected in the order.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rodney A.
