Patrick D. Moore, 39, of Strouts Road, Elba, is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies, after being arrested in the Town of Elba on Wednesday afternoon.<\/p>\n

Moore was arrested on a Genesee County Grand Jury Indictment warrant.<\/p>\n

Moore allegedly sold a quantity of crack cocaine on two occasions to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force.<\/p>\n

He is being held in the Genesee County jail and will be arraigned later today.<\/p>\n

Task Force members were assisted in the investigation by the uniformed members of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
