Two people were arrested following a traffic stop on Route 246 in the Town of Covington December 21, 2016.<\/p>\n
A vehicle operated by Jessica Y. Ruch, 34, of Livonia, was stopped for multiple equipment infractions during a Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office DWI Patrol.<\/p>\n
Ruch was found to have three active suspensions on her driver\u2019s license for failure to answer summonses and failure to pay fines.<\/p>\n
Ruch was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd.<\/p>\n
Nichole A. Dacey, 29, 0f Perry, a passenger in Ruch\u2019s vehicle, was later arrested after being found in possession of drug paraphernalia.<\/p>\n
Dacey was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th.<\/p>\n
Ruch and Dacey were both arraigned in the Town of Covington Court and bail was set in the amount of $500.00 cash bail or $2,500.00 bond for both defendants.<\/p>\n
They are scheduled to return to the Town of Covington Court on February 27, 2017 for further proceedings.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
