Thomas F. Hofmeier, 19, of Alleghany Rd., Pembroke, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd and criminal mischief 4th after he allegedly used a car key to scratch the exterior of a vehicle and then allegedly broke the rear view mirror of the vehicle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hofmeier then allegedly took the victim’s cell phone and threw it into a nearby ditch while the victim was attempting to call 9-1-1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The incident occurred on Main road in Pembroke on July 11, 2020 at 8:32p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hofmeier was held at the Genesee County Jail for arraignment on July 12, 2020 at 9:30a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was released after arraignment in County Court and will re-appear in Genesee County Court on September 1, 2020 at 10:00a.m. in front of Judge Zambito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jeffrey P. Haibach, 42, of Pike Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal trespass 2nd, after allegedly entering a neighbor’s dwelling without permission and remained there unlawfully until the owner returned home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The incident occurred on July 14, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
