Donald J. McClary, 25, of Indiana St., Rochester, is charged with DWI\/prior conviction, failing to stop from driveway, unsafe turn, moving from a lane unsafely and unregistered motor vehicle, after a traffic stop at 573 East Main street on July 14, 2020 at 1:18a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

McClary was found slumped over the wheel of a car at McDonalds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was released with uniform traffic tickets and will appear in City Court on September 16, 2020 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Danny D. Williams, 31, of Ellicott St., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief 4th and endangering the welfare of a child, following a domestic incident where Williams allegedly destroyed a cell phone and was in a physical altercation with a minor on July 6, 2020 at 1:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Williams was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers and will appear in City Court on August 27, 2020 at 9:00a.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shawn P. Thomas, 37, of Pine Ridge Ter., Cheektowaga, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th after a traffic stop at 427 East Main street on May 7, 2020 at 4:11a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the stop, Thomas was allegedly found to allegedly be in possession of methamphetamine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
