Amber L. Reinisch, 24, of Castile, was arrested following a complaint on South Main Street in the Village of Castile on July 17, 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Deputies were requested to assist Wyoming County Child Protective Services with a home visit at an address on South Main Street. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the home visit, Reinisch threw urine from a cup onto Child Protective Workers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reinisch was taken into custody and charged with two counts of harassment 2nd. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reinisch was issued an appearance ticket and scheduled to answer the charges in the Town of Castile Court on August 3, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On July 13, 2020, at about 7:40p.m., deputies received a report of a possible assault on a child at a residence on South Main Street in the Village of Castile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was reported to deputies that Loretta Sweeney, 46, of Castile, was allegedly involved in a verbal argument with a child and then allegeldy struck the child in the face. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Following an investigation, Sweeney was arrested and charged with harassment 2nd degree\/physical contact and endangering the welfare of a child. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sweeney was processed at the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office and released on appearance tickets. Sh is scheduled to appear in the Wyoming County Court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On June 28, 2020, at about 5:40p.m., deputies received a trespassing complaint of an all-terrain vehicle riding through freshly seeded hay fields behind a residence on Pee Dee Road in the Town of Java. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Deputies later learned the property was owned by a farm on Rt. 98 and the suspect was operating the all-terrain vehicle on private property without permission. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
While deputies were attempting to locate the suspect in the fields, the property owners caught the suspect and detained him until deputies arrived. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The suspect was identified as David J. Kleinsmith Jr., 33, of North Java.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
While speaking to Kleinsmith about the trespassing complaint, deputies believed Kleinsmith was under the influence of alcohol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Video evidence from the property owner showed Kleinsmith operated the all-terrain vehicle on property located on Route 98. Kleinsmith was asked to perform standardized field sobriety testing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Following the standardized field sobriety testing, Kleinsmith was arrested and charged with DWI. He was transported to the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office where he submitted to a Datamaster DMT breath test. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kleinsmith was also charged with operating a motor vehicle with a .08% BAC or greater, unlawful operation of an ATV on public highway, operating an unregistered ATV, unlawful operation of an ATV on private property without consent, operating an uninsured ATV, operating an ATV with no helmet and refusal to take pre-screen breath test. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kleinsmith was released with appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Java Court at a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
