Galliford, 60, of Reed Rd., Bergen, was found to be allegedly operating the motor vehicle while intoxicated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Galliford also fought with responding deputies during the incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He is charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle without owners consent, resisting arrest and DWI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Galliford was released with appearance tickets and is due to appear in Bergen Town Court on August 12, 2020 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On July 20, 2020 at about 7:19p.m., members of the Genesee County Sheriff&#8217;s Office were investigating an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle complaint in the Town of Bergen.
