A West Main street man has been charged after allegedly failing to register his internet accounts with the sex offender registry.<\/p>\n
Brian D. Draper, 27, will be arraigned in Batavia Town Court on December 29, 2016 at 1:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Randall A. Bennett, 70, of Bennett Ave., Oakfield, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more following an investigation into a driving a complaint in the Village of Oakfield on December 19, 2016.<\/p>\n
Randall was released on an appearance ticket and is due back in Oakfield Town Court on January 23, 2017 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Thomas E. Nudo Jr., 37, of Edgemont Cir., Panama, Florida, is charged with petit larceny and criminal mischief 4th after allegedly stealing cologne from Kohl’s on December 21, 2016.<\/p>\n
Nudo also damaged the packaging the cologne was in.<\/p>\n
He was arraigned in Batavia Town Court and bail was set at $500.<\/p>\n

Jamail George Mikel O’Neil, 19, of Trumbull Parkway, Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Trumbull Parkway on December 22, 2016.<\/p>\n
O’Neil failed to stop at a stop sign.<\/p>\n
An investigation revealed that O’Neil was allegedly in possession of marijuana.<\/p>\n
