Steve Cooley with the Medina Fire Department says they had pumped out about 60 cellars in the village. By midnight he figured it would be closer to 100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cooley says Orleans County rain gauges say between 5.5-7.0 inches of rain fell between the hours of 3:30 and 5:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The last time the village had to deal with this amount of water all at once it was 1985.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The calls started coming into 911 dispatch about 3:30p.m..
