On July 25, 2017, the Perry Police Department reports the arrest of a Rochester man.<\/p>\n
Bailey Shrum, 23,of Brooks Ave., Rochester, NY<\/span>.,was arrested on a warrant out of the Village of Perry.<\/p>\n
Bailey was picked up by the Rochester Police Department and turned over to Officer Tim Bryant of the Perry Police Department.<\/p>\n
Bailey was arraigned on grand larceny 4th and petit larceny charges in the Village of Perry court in front of Judge Bogert.<\/p>\n
The charges stem from an incident that occurred in 2016. Bailey allegedly stole a credit card from a family member.<\/p>\n
