Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with aggravated harassment 2nd after an investigation on West Main street on July 24, 2020 at 11:42a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cason allegedly threatened to harm a person because of a belief regarding their race, color and nationality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cason was arraigned on July 29, 2020 at noon and orders of protection were issued for the victim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was released and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heidi N. Pitcher, 27, of Parkedge St., Rochester, is charged with reckless endangerment 2nd and endangering the welfare of a child after a domestic incident in Stafford on July 28, 2020 at 7:19a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pitcher allegedly recklessly operated her motor vehicle in a manner that created a risk of serious physical injury to another person in the presence of children. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Stafford Town Court on August 13, 2020 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>James W.
