Difilippo, 27, of Pratt Rd., Pembroke, is charged with possessing a sexual performance of a child less than 16, a class E felony, on January 11, 2017. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Difilippo allegedly possessed three images of a sexual performance of child less than 16 years old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Difilippo was issued an appearance ticket for the three counts and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on September 9, 2020 at 1:00p.m. for arraignment.(no mug shot available)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The case was investigated by Youth Officer Timothy Wescott and Chief Deputy Graff with assistance from the FBI, Chesterfield Virginia Police Department and the Genesee County District Attorney&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jordan R.
