Hoskins Jr., 28, of Genesee St., Buffalo, is charged with unlawful fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle 3rd, reckless driving, a speeding violation\/exceeding 55mph, unsafe turn\/failure to signal, and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, after he allegedly failed to stop for a violation of the NYS vehicle and traffic law on Clinton street road in the Town of Bergen on August 7, 2020 at 11:57p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After a pursuit, deputies were able to take Hoskins into custody in the Town of Stafford.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on September 17, 2020 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Clyde D.
