PRESS RELEASE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On August 8, 2020 the Bureau of Criminal investigation out of SP Warsaw arrested Lonnie G. Day, 74, of Nunda, NY, for Predatory Sexual Assault against a Child (A Felony), Rape 1st<\/sup>\u00a0degree (B Felony), Criminal Sex Act 1st<\/sup>\u00a0degree (B Felony), Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child 2nd<\/sup>\u00a0degree (D Felony), Aggravated Sex Abuse 2nd<\/sup>\u00a0degree (C Felony) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On July 28, 2020, Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) out of SP Warsaw received a referral of possible sexual abuse.  Further investigation revealed that Day had inappropriate sexual acts with a victim under the age of 11-years-old.  Day was arrested and processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
