Maher, 32, of\u00a0 Drake St., Oakfield, is charged with harassment 2nd after he allegedly followed a woman around on four separate occasions while inside two separate businesses in the City of Batavia on July 21, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>On one of the occasion, police say Maher allegedly attempted to invite himself over for dinner.<\/p>\n<p>Maher was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court on July 25, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jonathon M. Ryan, 24, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop at 10 West Main street on July 25, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Ryan was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on August 1, 2017 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A 16 year old was arrested for harassment 2nd on July 20, 2017 after a physical altercation with another person on Summit street .<\/p>\n<p>The teen was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court tomorrow at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dalton C. Kelley, 19, of Chase Park, Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 1st and harassment 2nd after violating the terms of a valid order of protection by harassing an acquaintance on Chase Park on July 29, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Kelley was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on August 8, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. to answer the charges.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jessica L. Martina, 26, of Dellwood Rd., Amherst, was arrested by the Niagara County Sheriff&#8217;s Office and turned over to the Batavia Police Department on a bench warrant for failure to appear in February of 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Martina was issued an appearance ticket and released.
