Suzanne M. Corona, 51, of Osterhout Ave., Batavia, is charged with promoting prostitution 4th, advance or profits from prostitution, a class A misdemeanor, and permitting prostitution on a premises at her residence, a class B misdemeanor, on August 19, 2020 at 2:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Corona allegedly permitted prostitution to occur at her residence and agreed in advance upon a fee for another person to engage in sexual activity while at said location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Corona was processed and released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 17, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The case is being investigated by Officer Arick Perkins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2015 Corona was sentenced to 1 1\/2 years in State Prison after pleading guilty to one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance 5th, a class D felony, after selling suboxone to an undercover agent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2010 she was charged with adultery for having sex in public and pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of public lewdness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
