Pierce<\/strong>, 28, of State St., Batavia, is charged with prostitution, a class B misdemeanor, after allegedly performing sexual acts with a subject for a sum of money on August 19, 2020 at 4:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pierce was located at a residence on Maple street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also charged is <strong>David Schmieder<\/strong>, 26, of Silver Rd., Bethany.
