On August 28, 2020, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested John W. Tamol, 40, of Java Village, NY, for DWI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During a traffic stop on Route 78, town of Sheldon, Tamol was allegedly exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication.\u00a0 Troopers determined he had been allegedly operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tamol failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tamol was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.15% BAC.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
