Fields, 23, of Pearl St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, operating a motor vehicle with an open alcoholic container, refusal to take a breath test and driving with an obstructed view, following a hit an run accident in the City of Batavia on September 3, 2020 at 11:16p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fields was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 24, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rick A. Drury, 58, of Shady Lane, Batavia, is charged with criminal impersonation 1st, after allegedly impersonating a law enforcement officer on September 3, 2020 at 7:08p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drury displayed a gold badge in his wallet to a deputy. Drury then allegedly stated he was with the Department of Environmental Conservation(DEC) and he was in law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Further investigation revealed that Drury was not a law enforcement officer with the DEC now, or in the past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on October 22, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Joshua P.
