SHE IS CHARGED WITH:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1 COUNT OF CRIMINAL SALE OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE THIRD DEGREE.(CLASS B FELONY).<\/p>\n<p>1 COUNT OF CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE THIRD DEGREE.(CLASS B FELONY).<\/p>\n<p>RODRIGUEZ-ZUNIGA IS CURRENTLY ON FEDERAL PROBATION FOR AN OUT OF STATE DRUG TRAFFICKING CHARGE<\/p>\n<p>RODRIGUEZ-ZUNIGA WAS ARRAIGNED IN TOWN OF RIDGEWAY JUSTICE COURT, BY THE HON.
