Smith, 33, of Medina, NY, was found to allegedly be intoxicated.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Smith was transported and processed at SP Buffalo where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.22%.
