Tabone, 26, of Rochester, NY, was allegedly intoxicated.\u00a0 Tabone was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Buffalo, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.32%.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tabone is charged with aggravated DWI, an unclassified misdemeanor.\u00a0 He was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Pembroke Court on October 1, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On September 13, 2020, at approximately 1:30 a.m., State Police located a disabled vehicle on the shoulder of I-90 in the Town of Pembroke.\u00a0 Troopers stopped to assist and discovered the driver,\u00a0Samuel D.
