Jesse A. Russell, 30, of Alleghany Rd., Alabama, is charged with harassment 2nd, after punching another person at a residence on Ross street on September 15, 2020 at 4:30a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Russell was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers via Skype and released on recognizance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Russell is scheduled to return to City Court on November 17, 2020 at 2:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deirdre A. Louchren, 55, of State St., Batavia, is charged with abandonment of animals, following an incident that occurred on August 25, 2020 outside a residence on State street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Louchren was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 12, 2021 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adam M. Jellison, 42, of Sierk Rd., Attica, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, after police were called to a residence on Columbia avenue on September 22, 2020 at 9:02a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After a brief investigation, it was determined that Jellison was violating an order of protection by being at the address and was placed under arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jellison was arraigned by Judge Rogers in City Court and held at the jail with bail set at $2,000 cash, $4,000 bond or $8,000 partial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is scheduled to re-appear in City Court on September 29, 2020 at 2:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peter J. Ozzimo Jr., 50 of Orchard St., Perry, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and no\/insufficient tail lamps, after a traffic stop on West Main street for a traffic violation on September 20, 2020 at 1:53a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ozzimo was released on several uniform traffic tickets and will appear in City Court on December 30, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Judge Rogers released Hausler with a return court date of October 27, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
