Lathrop, 29, of Cowie Rd., Wyoming, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 5th and unlicensed operation after a traffic stop at 8382 Lewiston road in Batavia  on September 27, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lathrop allegedly had stolen property in the vehicle that was allegedly stolen earlier in the day from Target. Lathrop was also allegedly operating the vehicle while her driver&#8217;s license was expired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lathrop was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Batavia Town Court on October 29, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lee A. Baxter, 36, of Batavia, is charged with resisting arrest and harassment 2nd following a domestic altercation on September 25, 2020 at an address on West Main street road in Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Baxter was arraigned in Genesee County Court and released on his own recognizance.
