<\/p>\nJared T. Price, 21, of Java, has been charged with another felony stemming from an incident on July 28, 2017.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Price was being transported from the scene of a domestic incident in the Town of Java to the Town of Warsaw Court.\u00a0 During transport, and while in the Town of Orangeville, Price intentionally damaged electrical wiring located in the area of the rear seat of a Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office patrol vehicle which controlled the airbags to the vehicle.\u00a0 Price also bent the rear seat in order to access the wiring.\u00a0 This caused damage to the patrol vehicle in excess of $3,000.00.<\/p>\n
Price was arrested on August 4, 2017 and arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court.\u00a0 He was jailed in lieu of an additional $25,000.00 cash bail or $50,000.00 bond.<\/p>\n
Price is scheduled to appear in the Town of Orangeville Court on August 16, 2017.<\/p>\n
Price has been arrested 4 times since July 18, 2017.<\/p>\n

Ashley N. Dumbleton, 22 of Gainesville,\u00a0 was arrested following a complaint of missing property in the Town of Gainesville.\u00a0 The victim had reported over $1,000.00 worth of her property was missing on July 27, 2017 when she was escorted to Dumbleton\u2019s residence on that date for a property retrieval.<\/p>\n
On July 31, 2017, the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office investigated the complaint of burned remnants located at a residence on Lamont Road in the Town of Gainesville.<\/p>\n
The victim\u2019s name was found on some of the burned remnants.<\/p>\n
Following the investigation, Dumbleton was arrested on August 4, 2017.<\/p>\n
Dumbleton is charged with arson 5th, criminal mischief 3rd, grand larceny 4th and making a false written statement.\u00a0 She was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court where she was released to the pre-trial supervision program.<\/p>\n
Dumbleton is scheduled to appear in the Town of Gainesville Court on August 21, 2017.<\/p>\n

The Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office responded to the complaint of a female subject injecting drugs while seated inside a vehicle in the Tops Friendly Markets parking lot in the Town of Warsaw on August 4, 2017.\u00a0 When deputies arrived they located the vehicle still in the parking lot occupied by three females.\u00a0 Following investigation two females were charged with the below charges:<\/p>\n
RHIANNON A. WILSON<\/u> (DRIVER):<\/strong><\/p>\n (POSSESSION OF 2 BAGS OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO SELL THEM)<\/strong><\/p>\n (DUMPED HEROIN FROM 2 BAGS ONTO GROUND UPON APPROACH OF LAW ENFORCEMENT)<\/strong><\/p>\n (POSSESSED 2 SYRINGES USED FOR INJECTING HEROIN)<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n 17 Year Old Female<\/u> (FRONT RIGHT PASSENGER):<\/strong><\/p>\n (POSSESSION OF 21 BAGS OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO SELL THEM)<\/strong><\/p>\n (SOLD 2 BAGS OF HEROIN)<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong>Wilson and the 17 year old female were arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court and scheduled for further court action on August 14, 2017 in the Town of Warsaw Court.<\/p>\n Wilson was committed to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $5,000.00 cash bail or $10,000.00 bond.\u00a0 The 17 year old female was committed to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $10,000.00 cash bail or $20,000.00 bond.\u00a0 Her name is not being released at this time due to her age.<\/p>\n Members of the Wyoming County Drug Task Force responded to the scene of the original complaint and assisted deputies with the investigation.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office responded to Route 20A and the intersection of French Road in the Town of Sheldon for a two vehicle accident on August 5, 2017.<\/p>\n It was determined that Daniel LaClair, 29, of Clinton Co., NY, had been operating his pick up truck eastbound behind the other involved vehicle on Route 20A approaching the intersection with French Road.<\/p>\n When the second vehicle slowed to turn on to French Road, LaClair rear ended the vehicle. No serious injuries resulted from the collision.<\/p>\n LaClair failed roadside sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for DWI. He submitted to a breath test which showed his BAC to be at or above 0.08%. LaClair is charged with DWI as a misdemeanor, driving with a BAC at or above 0.08% as a misdemeanor, and following too closely.<\/p>\n He is to appear in the Town of Sheldon Court on August 28, 2017 to answer the charges. Varysburg Fire Department assisted at the scene.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Cindy Laurich, 55, of Java,\u00a0 was arrested for DWI\/ Drugs following an accident that occurred on Curriers Road in the Town of Java on August 3, 2017.<\/p>\n Deputies responded to the scene of a motorcycle accident.<\/p>\n Laurich had been operating a motorcycle northbound on Curriers Road and lost control of the bike while going around a curve. She was treated at the scene by Strykersville Ambulance for minor injuries.<\/p>\n Laurich failed road side field sobriety tests and was arrested.<\/p>\n Deputy Aaron Chase, a Drug Recognition Expert, determined that Laurich was impaired by a drug following a Drug Influence Evaluation. Laurich was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in the Town of Java Court at a later date.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Jared T.
