On October 10, 2020, Troopers out of SP Albion arrested Tabitha L. Drager, 27, of Rochester, NY for menacing 3rd<\/sup>\u00a0degree and criminal mischief 4th<\/sup>\u00a0degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On September 22, 2020, Troopers were dispatched to Gaines Basin Road in the town of Albion, for a property damage complaint.\u00a0 Further investigation revealed that Drager went to the victim\u2019s residence and during a verbal argument took a bat and allegedly menaced the victim.\u00a0Drager then allegedly smashed a vehicle window with the bat.\u00a0 Drager then allegedly left the property by driving through the victim\u2019s lawn and striking the mailbox.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drager was contacted by Troopers and she turned herself in at SP Albion where she was processed.\u00a0 She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Albion Court later in October of 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On October 11, 2020, Troopers out of SP Albion arrested Louis C. Sanchez, 30, of Albion, NY, for petit larceny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On October 10, 2020, Troopers were dispatched to Walmart on Route 31 in the town of Albion for a larceny complaint.\u00a0 Troopers worked with Walmart loss-prevention during the investigation.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sanchez allegedly took batteries, thermos bottles, shears and a flash drive, passing all points of purchase without paying.\u00a0 Sanchez was transported to SP Albion for processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sanchez was issued tickets returnable to the town of Albion court for a later date in October 2020.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
