On October 14, 2020 at 4:11p.m., Troopers out of SP Batavia arrested Phillip M. Bulluck, 34, of Greece, NY, for DWI, aggravated unlicensed operator and other vehicle and traffic infractions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Troopers stopped Bulluck on Route 33 in the town of Bergen for traffic infractions. While interviewing Bulluck, an odor of alcoholic beverage allegedly was present.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bulluck was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and transported to SP Batavia for processing.\u00a0 Bulluck refused to submit to a chemical test to determine BAC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
